To end the year 2023 on a high note, Riot Games and The Esports Club came together to host the final Valorant OFF//Season event, Convergence 2023. Over four days of competition, Convergence 2023 by Riot Games and The Esports Club featured six teams across three regions competing for the prestigious trophy and the lion's share of the $50,000 prize pool at Manpho Convention Centre, Bengaluru.
FURIA, FUT Esports, Team Vitality, Gen.G, Global Esports and True Rippers participated in the Convergence 2023 in the group stages, followed by an intense grand final match between FUT Esports and Team Vitality. Fans also witnessed an influencer showdown between their favourite Valorant creators at the tournament finale. Riot Games And The Esports Club Hosted India's First-Ever International Valorant Event, Convergence 2023
Convergence 2023 by Riot Games and The Esports Club began on 14 December 2023, where the top Valorant players and fans came together under one roof at Manpho Convention Centre, Bengaluru. The invited teams for the Convergence 2023 are:

True Rippers joined them as the sixth team after defeating Reckoning Esports in the grand finals of India Close Qualifiers. The main event of Convergence 2023 began with the group stages match with the following group division.

The audience filled the venue with their roar as they continued to showcase their support for their favourite team. The group stages ended on a high note as the home team, Global Esports, emerged victorious against FURIA, noting their first victory with their revamped roster at Convergence 2023. FUT Esports and Team Vitality remained undefeated in their respective groups to qualify for the Convergence 2023 grand finals.
Apart from the intense Valorant action, Convergence 2023 featured several gaming booths for the fans alongside a plethora of Valorant cosplayers. On the finale of Convergence 2023, India's top Valorant creators took centre stage for a fun influencer showmatch. Creators like TBone, fa2, Zeref, Sid, and many more came together to entertain their fans.
After the influencer showmatch, it was time for the grand finals match between Team Vitality and FUT Esports. The grand final game was the saga of FUT Esports' strong comeback against Team Vitality after the initial defeat. Team Vitality looked strong as they took an early lead by winning Ascent. The European giants seemed to have everything under their control until FUT Esports activated their beast mode to pull off incredible comebacks on the second and third maps.
Despite trailing by a 10-0 scoreline, FUT Esports managed to decimate Vitality and win the third game, helping them secure a 2-1 lead in the series. After that victory, FUT Esports looked in control as the team went on to win Haven and emerge as the champions of Convergence 2023. Team Vitality looked strong but couldn't solidify their lead to defeat FUT. With that victory, FUT Esports won the Convergence 2023 trophy alongside a $25,000 prize.
