Samsung recently took the wraps off eight new monitors, each came with the company’s Gaming hub that enables users to connect to cloud gaming services without any hassle. These self-sustained monitors are now up for pre-order and also bring along a substantial gift card.
Samsung’s monitor launches can be categorized into two: gaming and entertainment. The gaming section has the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 and G6. Samsung’s Odyssey lineup has managed to offer great gaming products, and these are the company’s expensive monitors.
The bigger G8 model is the company’s first flat 32-inch OLED monitor with 3840 x 2160 resolution in the 16:9 configuration. The monitor comes with 240Hz, which isn’t as fast as the smaller G6 model, which offers 360Hz. The G6 model offers a 27-inch screen and has only a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440. However, that is still a good refresh rate to have for a decent viewing experience.

Samsung Smart Monitor Lineup Also Available For Pre-Order
The bigger G8 model is backed by an NQ8 AI Gen3 processor similar to those used in some of the company’s 4K TVs. Both monitors have a slim metal design that is similar on the front and back.
Besides, Samsung launched the M8, M7, and M5 in the “Smart Monitor” lineup. The M8 is the better model, offering a 32-inch 4K resolution with AI upscaling. The latter is a handy feature for using Gaming Hub, where content is fine-tuned for a better user experience. The M7 comes with a 43-inch screen and has 4K resolution. It can also be purchased in a 32-inch option.
The M8 is the flagship monitor in the series, so it packs some impressive features. For instance, it offers AI upscaling, along with the ability to amplify voices in audio with AI, and offers a 360-degree with the Galaxy Buds.
One of the most impressive features that is common among these monitors is the company’s Gaming Hub. It enables users to use the monitor as a standalone device, with connections to several different cloud gaming services such as GeForce Now and Xbox Game Pass.
