Besides, Android users will notice the navigation tabs which were previously positioned at the top of the screen have been relocated to the bottom for easier access. Another change in the relocation of the search bar, which is now fixed at the top of the “Chats” tab, upgrades the visibility and accessibility for users looking for specific conversations.
It’s important to note that the new update will be rolled out to all WhatsApp users in a phased-out manner and it’s not optional, which means users cannot skip the update. The new design showcases the company’s commitment to evolving its platform to meet the evolving needs and preferences of its huge user base.

Real-Time AI Image Generation Coming To WhatsApp
Meta will be introducing yet another new feature for WhatsApp. However, the feature is only being rolled out for beta WhatsApp users in the US. The company is testing out a real-time AI image generation for WhatsApp.
As soon as users start typing a text-to-image prompt in a chat using Meta AI, they will be able to see how the image changes as they keep on adding more details about what image they want to create.
Meta has also shared an example of how a user will feed in a prompt.“Imagine a soccer game on Mars.” The generated image quickly changes from a normal soccer player to showing a whole soccer field on Mars.
