Motorola has been launching several smartphones in the past few months, and the company is now set to expand its budget G-series in India. The Motorola Moto G45 5G with Snapdragon 6s Gen processor will be unveiled on August 21 for the Indian market. The date has been confirmed through Flipkart’s dedicated listing, revealing details including display, camera, and other specifications.
The design of the Moto G45 5G showcased on the microsite suggests the phone will come with a vegan leather finish and in three different color options, which are blue, green, and pink. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC, which is the successor to the Snapdragon 695.

Motorola Moto G45 5G Under The Hood
Motorola has also confirmed that the upcoming smartphone will offer support for 13 5G bands and will have a 6.5-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Moreover, it will have Dolby Atmos and Hi-res audio certification. The display also has a typical punch-hole design for housing a single selfie camera.
In the camera department, the Moto G45 5G will come equipped with a 50MP Quad Pixel dual rear camera unit. It will support Motorola’s Smart Connect feature, which will allow phones to pair seamlessly with other devices like tablets, PCs, and more. This feature was only available in Moto’s premium smartphones.
The upcoming Moto G45 5G is confirmed to be available with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. It could be offered in other RAM and storage variants as well, once launched.

Motorola Launches Edge 50 With Military-Grade Certification
Motorola has launched a new smartphone for the Indian consumers. The new smartphone Motorola Edge 50 comes with a MIL-810H rating and has an IP68-rated build. The device joins the company’s Edge 50 series which also includes Motorola Edge 50 Pro, Edge 50 Ultra, and Edge 50 Fusion.
Some of the key features of the Motorola Edge 50 are a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition chipset, a 50MP Sony-Lytia 700C primary rear sensor, and a 10MP telephoto shooter. Here’s everything you need to know about the newly launched Motorola Edge 50.
The Motorola Edge 50 comes in three color schemes - Jungle Green, Pantone Peach Fuzz, and Koala Grey. The first two come with a vegan leather finish, while the last one has a vegan suede finish. In India, the smartphone will be selling at Rs. 27,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. It will be up for grabs in the country through Flipkart and the official Motorola India website starting August 8.
