BGMI 2.8 Update: When is the New Update Releasing?

BGMI has just rolled out the new Dragon Ball Super theme collaboration in the 2.7 update. The update has a host of new additions that have made the game a lot more interesting. However, fans are more excited about what could come next in the update and are trying to figure out the BGMI 2.8 update release date. Here is what we know about it so far.

BGMI 2.8 Update Release Date Speculation

Since the 2.7 update has just been rolled out there is small chance that the next update will be released anytime soon. However, in the game's global version, the 2.8 update will be released in September. Since an update typically has a 2-month cycle in the Global version players can expect the same for BGMI, as well. The confirmed date for the upcoming version will be revealed after Krafton brings out beta testing for the 2.8 update. If the Global versions cycle is followed in India as well, players can expect the 2.8 update's release date to be October 2023.

For now, BGMI enthusiasts can play the game in the 2.7 version only. To download the game, players will have to either visit the Google Play Store or the App Store. Keeping in mind using third-party applications to download the game could result in corrupted files that could get your account banned. To avoid it is better to use official sources.
