The 4v4 hero action shooter mobile game Battle Stars is getting a Delhi-based map right in time for Independence Day. Battle Stars is SuperGaming’s fastest-growing game with over 5 million players and offers multiple heroes, exciting powerups, and fast-paced gameplay. Much like the game's last Mumbai map, players can spot the capital's landmarks in the Delhi map, such as the Presidential House, Connaught Place, India Gate and Red Fort on the game, August 15 onwards. It will be rolled out to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

The Delhi map was apparently created after several trips to the capital along with inputs from the community as well as from popular gaming YouTuber and Delhi-native Techno Gamerz aka Ujjwal Chaurasia, who happens to be a playable character in the game.

The Popular Shooter Game Gets Gameplay Based On Community Feedback

“Season 2 of Battle Stars saw a staggering 20 million matches played, we wanted to take the experience further by bringing Delhi to the game,” says Christelle D'cruz, Battle Stars Game Lead and co-founder at SuperGaming. “To do this, we visited Delhi to capture its vibe and culture to bring it in-game as well as taking inputs from the community. Our new Squad BR features are also based on community feedback.”

The game's new gameplay options are based on player feedback. Dubbed Squad BR, these will enable players to engage in battle royale mode in Trios, get Star Crates for power-ups, and grab loot from eliminated players. Battle Stars was released globally for mobile gaming around four months ago and was able to amass 2 million players worldwide through iOS App Store and Google Play Store and 3.7 million matches in just 3 weeks. The number 1 player on the leaderboard played a total of 8,942 matches. The game's Aamchi Mumbai map and shoot-to-survive gameplay found many takers.
