Ubisoft has some pretty ambitious plans for the franchise which includes more than just games for the following couple of years, including a show on Netflix. Over the next few years, there is going to be a barrage of Assassin's Creed games, including titles like Nexux, which will be available on VR platforms. It will be interesting to see how Ubisoft's plans for the franchise pan out given that it remains one of the most profitable IPs in gaming, still.
