The OnePlus 13 is said to launch in China this October, as a successor to the OnePLus 12, which was launched globally at the start of this year. Just days before the official launch, a senior OnePlus official has teased the front design of the smartphone. Ahead of its launch, several leaks and reports have hinted at several other features of the smartphone.
OnePlus China head Louis Lee has shared a new post on Weibo confirming that, similar to last year’s OnePlus 12, the upcoming flagship will come with an ‘Oriental Screen’ BOE X curved display. Moreover, since it’s going to be the second generation BOE X curved screen, it is said to have even more outstanding durability.

What To Expect From OnePlus 13 Smartphone
Several leaks have suggested that the OnePlus 13 could come with a 6.82-inch 2K 10-bit LTPO display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is also said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, which will be launched later this month. Besides, the OnePlus 13 is rumored to feature a revamped camera module.
The smartphone could also have a 50MP Sony LYT-808 primary sensor with an f/1.6 aperture, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto shooter with 3X optical zoom. The device could also pack 100W wired fast charging, and come packed with a substantial 6000mAh battery.
While the company has yet to reveal the exact launch date of the OnePlus 13 in India, the device will follow its China launch at the end of this year or the start of next year in the Indian market.

OnePlus 13 To Pack Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor
Chinese tech giant OnePlus has been causing a stir in the smartphone market with its flagship offerings, and the upcoming OnePlus 13 will not be an exception. Several leaks of the alleged OnePlus 13 have started to show up online and it is said to elevate the user experience with enhanced performance.
A famous tipster, Digital Chat Station has offered some insights into the specifications of the OnePlus 13. Reportedly, the device is said to sport a 6.8-inch micro-curved display featuring a 2K resolution, complemented by LTPO technology to optimize battery consumption. This display setup is somewhat similar to that of the OnePlus 12, suggesting that major changes in the screen department might not be in the offing.
The initial launch will take place in China, likely timed to coincide with OnePlus’ major shopping holiday, Singles’ Day (11.11), on November 11. A broader international rollout is anticipated to follow in early 2025. In a post on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, OnePlus China president Louis Lee suggested the OnePlus 13’s release in October, further fueling anticipation among global tech enthusiasts.
