With the internet buzzing with the launch of the PS5 Pro at $699.99, people have been wondering what its competitors are planning. If Microsoft and Nintendo manage to bring more affordable hardware, it could ruin the party for Team PlayStation.
If you are someone who’s wondering how much the Switch 2 might cost, here’s some good news; not only it will be pretty cheap for a next-gen Nintendo console, but it could also get announced very soon.
As spotted by Tom’s Guide, the leak came out in the Gaming Leaks and Rumors subreddit. The original post linked to two Discord screenshots made by user moistcharlie. The user previously called the price point and reveal date for the PS5 Pro, so there could be some weight to his words.

Is There A Catch With The Nintendo Switch 2?
While the news sounds exciting, there’s just one issue - the original poster linked to Discord images, which expire after a set time. Thankfully, someone had the good idea to manually write out what each screenshot said.
If the leak turns out to be true, we should see an official announcement in early October. And at that price point, the Switch 2 is going to feel far more palatable than the PS5 Pro. In fact, at that price point, it gives the affordable Steam Deck fierce competition.

Nintendo Launches New Breath Of The Wild Earbuds
When it comes to the best Zelda games, many would choose either Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom. Both open-wold action-adventure games have emerged as the top Switch titles, garnering a loyal fan base. And, if you happen to be a gamer who likes broadcasting their fandom, Nintendo has new Zelda-themed earbuds in store for you.
Let’s make it clear, Nintendo is not making these wireless Bluetooth earbuds available everywhere. Nintendo UK announced their availability there and in Ireland, but just like all the rest of the themed wireless earbuds up for sale abroad, users can’t get these from the Nintendo Store in the US.
It’s worth noting that Switch’s relationship with Bluetooth has been shaky at best, with initial support taking over four years to come after the console’s launch. If you are lucky enough to be in the UK, you can buy these Zelda earbuds in White, black, or green -- although that green option seems like it’s already out of stock.
