Acer has launched the Nitro V16 gaming laptop in India. The new laptop claimed to be crafted for gamers and creators, will come in two configurations with 14th gen Intel Core i5 and i7 processors. It is also equipped with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 graphics processing unit (GPU).
The Acer Nitro V 16 has a 16-inch WUXGA display, up to 512GB of storage, and offers connectivity options such as Wi-FI 6 and Thunderbolt 4. The Acer Nitro V 16 with Intel Core i5 14450HX CPU comes at a price of Rs 99,999 in India, while the Intel Core i7 14650HX CPU variant will set buyers back by Rs. 1,09,999. It will go on sale through Acer’s online store, Acer’s exclusive stores, Flipkart, Amazon, and other offline stores.

Acer Nitro V16 Under The Hood
Acer Nitro V16 packs a 16-inch WUXGA display with IPS technology and a 165Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with a ComfyView LED-backlit TFT LCD to minimize glare. Besides, the laptop runs on Windows 11 Home. The laptop can be configured with 14th-generation Intel Core i7 14650HX Intel Core i5 14450Hx chipsets. The laptop is backed by an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 GPU with 6GB of dedicated GDDR6 VRAM. The laptop will offer up to 512GB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.
The company has included a full-size numeric keypad with amber backlighting on the Nitro V16. It offers a multi-gesture touchpad as well. The laptop comes with an MSFT Pluton Security processor for firmware TPM solutions and a Kensington lock slot. It also has the company's purified Voice technology that uses AI noise reduction through a three-microphone array.
Moreover, the laptop is compatible with Copilot and includes Acer’s proprietary TrueHarmony technology for enhanced audio quality. As for connectivity, the Acer Nitro V 16 has USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, HDMI 2.1, thunderbolt 4, and an Ethernet (RJ-45) port. It also gets Wi-Fi suuport. The laptop weighs 2.5 kg.

Dell Unveils XPS 13 Laptop With Intel Core Ultra Series 2 Chip
Dell has unveiled its late XPS 13 laptop in the Indian market. The new XPS is powered by Intel’s latest Core Ultra processor Series 2. Apart from that, it comes with a dedicated NPU with up to 48 TOPs that aim to enable AI-powered features offered by the Windows 11 OS such as text and image creation.
Moreover, Dell has also included MyDell software that optimizes audio, video, battery life, and overall system performance to make it an ideal case for professional and working professionals.
Dell has launched the XPS 13 at a starting price of Rs 1,81,990. The laptop will be available for purchase starting October 16 via Dell Exclusive stores and selected large-format retail and multi-brand outlets. Besides, the laptop will also become available on Dell.com starting October 18 onwards.
