Borderlands and BioShock publisher 2K has announced Project Ethos, an upcoming “roguelike hero shooter.” the game is said to be the brainchild of Michael Condrey, the former co-founder of Call of Duty studio Sledgehammer Games.
Project Ethos is the first project from Condrey’s current team 31st Union, which was founded back in February 2019. Before that, Condrey, along with Glen Schofield, worked on a few Call of Duty games, including Modern Warfare 3 (the 2011 one), Advanced Warfare, and WW2.
The game visually appears similar to Overwatch, giving a colorful free-to-play vibe. That said, 31st Union already has Overwatch DNA running in its veins, courtesy of Blizzard narrative designer Michael Chu, who is also equally involved in the project.

What Makes Project Ethos a Roguelike?
The latest announcement from 2K reveals the game features "powerful, semi-randomized upgrades unique to each hero" which will enable users to evolve fighters in real time through each game.
Besides, there is an extraction mode, because of course, it sounds like it offers the usual risk/reward gameplay loop of lingering to gather more resources or leaving more safely with less.
Previously, 2K Games has officially revealed WWE 2K24's roster right ahead of its release, and it includes over 220 Superstars from Raw, Smackdown, NXT, and yesteryear.
The chunky lineup of the upcoming WWE 2K24 is a colossal list of Superstars. However, the list does not include some of the new additions in WWE. These include CM Punk and more stars. Besides that, gamers can still expect a huge list as they take on multiple Superstars in the ring.

What To Expect From Fortnite OG2
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 is currently slated to be completed late in the evening on November 1 in the US. If things go as planned, the game will go down for maintenance for several hours, and the new OG season will start on the morning of November 2.
This new version is said to cover the first several seasons of Chapter 2, which gradually built up to the big Marvel inclusion in Season 4 back in 2020. Notably, Season 2 was the one that introduced Midas, and Season 3 was when the island flooded. Thankfully, this period was also when they added boats, and since boats have been missing for the entirety of Chapter 5.
The state of the island will quickly change over the course of the month, showcasing the aspects of the island’s evolution over that year. At the end of November, OG 2 will wrap up with a live event that will usher in Chapter 6. Maybe this time it won’t completely reset the plot.
