"He Threatened To Burn My Family Alive," Elvish Gives Reason for Assaulting Fellow YouTuber, Maxtern

Responding to the allegations made by fellow YouTuber, Elvish Yadav said that he was being instigated for the last eight months by Maxtern. He also said that for these eight months, since Elvish went to the Big Boss OTT house, Maxtern has been saying a lot of unwanted things about him and his whole fanbase. Elvish, in a video uploaded to X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram said that Maxtern also threatened to k*ll the former's family.

Elvish Yadav Comes Clean With His Side of the Story Regarding His Fight With Maxtern

 

 

In the video posted to multiple social media platforms, Elvish mentioned the incident regarding Maxtern and said that a lot of videos are going viral on social media platforms that show Maxtern's side of the story and he is uploading the video to explain his side of the story. In the video, Elvish alleged: 

 

If you see the last eight months, since I went to the Bigg Boss OTT house, Maxtern has been trying to defame me and has been saying a lot about my fans. He has also gone to the extent to call my fans "uneducated" and "goons". So I thought I will call him and talk to him about the whole situation, but he resorted to abusing my parents and threatened to burn my family alive.

 

In the video, Elvish further said that Maxtern had everything planned, and had a camera and mic in place so that if anything happened, he could use it against me. He also added that in the video, none of the people who were with me were beating him. Elvish further stated that Maxtern had told his audience that he was alone, but that was not the case, and he had four more people with him, but none of them intervened in the fight. 

 

After the video of Elvish beating Maxtern went viral, a case was registered against Elvish under sections: 147, 149, 323, and 506 of the IPC.
