According to Steam's official video on YouTube, the Steam Winter Sale will commence on December 21, 2023, and will run till January 4, 2024, at @10 am Pacific. The two-week sale will offer gamers a massive window to grab their beloved titles from the platform and add them to the library at significant discount rates.
