PlayStation Plus January Game Catalog Lineup: Resident Evil 2, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, Hardspace: Shipbreaker, and more

Sony is back with another PlayStation Plus catalog right after the holiday season. The PS Plus subscribers are in for a treat with various new games this month, including some of the biggest hits from Square Enix and Capcom. While last month Sony added popular games like Grand Theft Auto 5 and Moto GP23 to their Catalog, one can expect more than a few exciting titles this month.

The PlayStation Plus Catalog for January 2024 is here with titles like Just Cause 3, Resident Evil 2, and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. These titles will be playable from January 16, 2024.

January 2023 PlayStation Plus Catalog for Premium and Extra Subscription

The January 2024 Catalog for PlayStation Plus is as always only available for the Extra and Premium tier subscribers. The Catalog this month is a bit smaller compared to December, as subscribers will get 14 titles instead of 19 games from the last one. That said, gamers can still enjoy more than a few AAA entries with critically acclaimed stories and gameplay. The PS Plus Extra and Premium games are as follows:

• Resident Evil 2 (Available on PS4 and PS5)
• Hardspace: Shipbreaker (Available on PS5)
• LEGO City Undercover (Available on PS4)

• Session: Skate Sim (Available on PS4 and PS5)
• Shadow Tactics: Blades of Shogun (Available on PS4)
• Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong (Available on PS4 and PS5)
• Surviving the Aftermath (Available on PS4)

These are all the titles that both PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers can enjoy.

Classics Games Catalog for PlayStation Deluxe-tier Subscribers

For gamers who are interested in the Deluxe-tier subscription for PlayStation Plus, there is another small list of games they can add to their Catalogs this month. The PlayStation Premium Classics are only available to the Deluxe-tier users.

These titles are old gems that are made available through the console's backward compatibility. However, to avail of these games through the PS Plus subscriptions, one must pick the most expensive one.

• Star Wars: Episode 1 The Phantom Menace (Available on PS4 and PS5)
• Street Fighter: 30th Anniversary Collection (Available on PS4)

Aside from the Classics Catalog, PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe members can also enjoy select series from Crunchyroll as Sony is extending the Sony Pictures Core services to additional regions from January 15, 2024. The regions include the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
