Helldivers 2 is a sequel to the popular 2015 top-down shooter, Helldivers. This game was released recently on the 8th of February 2024. It has been developed by Arrowhead Game Studios and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Since its, there have been some bugs in Helldivers 2 that have affected its free-flowing gameplay.
Helldivers 2 has quite an active community that has been pushing for certain changes to be made in the game and it does look that with path 1.000.11 certain issues have been resolved. Can Players Finally Kick Out AFK Players In Helldivers 2?
The third-person squad-based shooter HellDivers™ 2 follows the Helldivers as they fight to reclaim the galaxy from the growing alien threat. This game has received wide acclaim for its humorous as well as challenging missions. The game’s online features and ongoing “Galactic War” campaign keep players coming back for more.
Community members have been demanding that Arrowhead add an AFK auto-kick feature to Helldivers 2 after players admitted to leaving AFK on all day and potentially preventing others from logging in. Players on Helldivers 2’s Discord server have said they’re deliberately logging out to make sure they can play when they want.
Helldivers 2 Patch 1.000.11 has provided a solution to the issue that was plaguing the game. Arrowhead’s solution is to kick idle players back to their title screen after 15 minutes. This functionality has been added to the PS5 and PC versions of the game. Additionally, there have been several fixes made to various aspects of the game that would result in it crashing. One issue of the game was the issue for the game to get frozen while a player is getting defrosted.

- Fixed multiple crashes triggered when joining other players’ ships
- Fixed crash triggered when exiting ADS
- Fixed crash triggered when players leave a session while bombardments are active
- Fixed issue where online missions in Galactic War Map were undetectable
- Fixed issue with GameGuard and Steam’s “verify integrity” step
- Fixed issue with GameGuard and the Windows firewall
- Fixed the issue preventing access to the Ship Management panel
- Fixed the issue causing players to get stuck in the defrosting or in the ship intro cinematic
- Fixed crash triggered when the process of buying Super Credits fails
- Fixed crash triggered after consecutive quickplay attempts
- Implemented a functionality that will kick players who remain idle for 15 minutes back to the title screen
