Modern Warfare II Season 5 Reloaded has many changes for fans to discover. The new update has brought plenty of content, such as the return of the popular Armored Royale mode alongside a ton of multiplayer and DMZ features.
Modern Warfare II fans will also be happy to learn that the title has introduced three new Operators with new weapons and vehicle skins. Moreover, Activision has confirmed that players can carry forward the Season 5 Reloaded items to Modern Warfare III.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare II Major Changes with Season 5 Reloaded Patch
Almost all weapons from Modern Warfare II have received a massive tweaking from Activision in Season 5 Reloaded. From Handguns to Marksman Rifles, fans must adapt to a different playstyle when utilizing these firearms in a match. Activision has also introduced tweaks for Warzone 2 with the update; however, the following changes are mainly for MWII, while some are also global and include Warzone.

- Suggesting Friends of Friends, a helpful feature for the whole squad to get connected.

- Fixed an issue where the challenge for the Akimbo FTAC Siege attachment does not show progress
- Fixed an issue where the Soul Sever death effect would not occur when equipped with the ISO Hemlock
- Fixed an issue where ascenders were sometimes missing sounds
- Fixed an issue where bullet sounds weren’t playing on water impacts
- Fixed an issue of double hostage pickup sounds.
New Weapons in Modern Warfare II Season 5 Reloaded
The brand-new Season has also introduced three new weapons to the game. The weapons are as follows:
- Pickaxe (Melee): A heavy-duty melee weapon that allows one to eliminate threats during operations quietly. (Can be unlocked through Weapon Challenges in Battle Pass Limited Time Sector)
- 9mm Daemon (Handgun): A modern tactical pistol with 9mm rounds. (Can be unlocked through Weapon Challenges in Battle Pass Limited Time Sector)
- Lachmann Shroud (Submachine Gun): A stealthy 9mm SMG with burst and semi-auto fire modes. (Can be unlocked through weapon challenges in Battle Pass Limited Time Sector)
Three New Operators in Modern Warfare II
Season 5 Reloaded also introduces three brand-new Operators to the roster. The Operator packs are as follows:
- Mace: A former U.S. Ranger and Jackal turned as a reinforcement for the Shadow Company.
- Lara Croft: Legendary Tomb Raider Lara Croft arrives as one of the highlights of Season 5 Reloaded. The Tracer Pack bundle includes unique cosmetics.
- 21 Savage: The popular Rapper arrives in Call of Duty with a unique outfit.
Fans can enjoy a new DRC- Zone 1 map with the Season 5 Reloaded update. According to Activision, the map has a perfect 6v6 layout. Additionally, fans will enjoy new and limited-time modes for Warzone and Modern Warfare II.
