Batman: Arkham Shadow Trailer Released; Coming Exclusively on Meta Quest 3

The next iteration of the Batman Arkham franchise, Batman: Arkham Shadow, has been teased by Meta. Meta released the teaser trailer for the Batman: Arkham Shadow, which spread a wave of excitement amongst the Batman and Arkham series fans. While the teaser didn’t give much information about the game, the trailer showcased Batman descending through the alleys of Gotham City. Batman: Arkham Shadow will be released in late 2024 and will be exclusive to Meta Quest 3.

Meta Announces The New Meta Quest 3 Batman Arkham Game

Batman: Arkham Shadow is currently under development by Oculus Studios, and the developers of Iron Man VR Camouflaj have joined hands to build the latest Batman Arkham game. Meta shared a glimpse of the game in the teaser trailer. The description of the trailer read:

Watch the Batman: Arkham Shadow teaser trailer for the next game in the Batman: Arkham franchise, releasing exclusively on the Meta Quest 3 in late 2024. Evil stalks the streets. Gotham City is in danger. And you’re the only one who can save it. Check out the teaser for the upcoming Batman VR game.

Batman: Arkham Shadow will be a VR game and will be exclusive to Meta Quest 3. While the announcement of a new Batman Arkham game has uplifted the spirits of many Batman fans, the Meta Quest 3 exclusivity has plunged fans’ excitement. Arkham Shadow becomes the second Batman VR game after Batman: Arkham VR. Batman: Arkham VR was released on the PSVR by Rocksteady Studios in 2016. 

The developers will reveal more information, possibly the gameplay trailer of the game, in the upcoming Summer Game Fest 2024 on 07 June 2024. Geoff Keighley will host the gaming extravaganza of Summer Game Fest, and fans will keep their eyes locked on the updates of Batman: Arkham Shadow.
