After an average performance at many of the third-party events and an official LANs this quarter, Team XSpark announced the departure of Aditya, one of the longest-standing players in the team. When Scout announced the team, Aditya was the first player to be added to the roster, followed by the rest. With the release of Aditya, TX will be adding more players to the roster.
Team XSpark Announces Aditya's Departure
In a post uploaded to Instagram, Team XSpark announced their star player, Aditya, would be leaving the team. The post thanked Aditya for his time with TX and his "unwavering dedication and skill" and wished him well for his future. While this decision shocked many, Scout, the owner of the team shared the following on his broadcast group:
I didn't know it would be this tough without Aditya. The ones who have been following his journey know that he was very close to me. But this is a team decision and we had been struggling as a team. So this was the best thing for him.
Scout also addressed that Team XSpark will be going through major changes after the Red Bull M.E.O Season 6. He said:
Some major changes are coming after Redbull MEO. Don’t worry guys, TX is not shutting down. We have many sponsorship offers at the moment. There’ll be lineup changes after the MEO — some of the old players and some new.
After the announcement, TX announced the addition of Harsh "Spraygod" Malik to the roster, and Gamblaboy as a stand-in for the Red Bull M.E.O Season 6. Announcing Spraygod, Team XSpark said:
Unleashing the power of precision and passion. Welcome to the realm of Team x Spark where Spraygod meets the spark of victory.
The new roster will include Sarang, Dreams, Spraygod and Gamlaboy. Team XSpark is yet to announce the final lineup but the current squad will be playing the Red Bull event and Aditya will be playing for GodLike Esports alongside Jelly, who is the latest addition to that roster.
Spraygod had made a name for himself when he joined the 7Sea Esports roster and impressed everyone with his impeccable gun power and reflexes. Spraygod also comes with international experience since he had played PMWI 2022. As far as Gamlaboy is concerned, he is still a part of the Entity Gaming roster but is playing with TX as a stand-in.
