Gods Reign Wins Villager BGMI Pro Invitational 2023 Season 2

The final day of the Villager BGMI Pro Invitational 2023 Season 2 has ended with Gods Reign going all out to maintain their top spot and crown themselves the Champions. From the first day, Team 8BIT was the favorite for winning this tourney, but by performing consistently on the final two days, Gods Reign dethroned the mighty team to win the prize money of Rs. 10 Lakh. Here's how the final day of play panned out.

Gods Reign Is The Winner Of Villager BGMI Pro Invitational Season 2

At the end of a three-day Grand Finals run, Gods Reign acquired 183 points with the help of four Chicken Dinners and 112 finish points. The team won Rs. 10 Lakh in prize money and Gods Reign's NinjaJOD was declared the tournament MVP with 41 finishes. He also won an extra Rs. 1 Lakh for his dominance in the server.

While Team 8BIT started off strong, they could not continue their consistent run and fell short by 36 points. They had 147 points with three Chicken Dinners and had to settle for second place and Rs. 5 Lakh. Revenant Esports also showed their tenacious spirit on the final day, helping them climb to third place with 137 points and claim Rs. 3 Lakh in prize money. 

Villager BGMI Pro Invitational Season 2 Grand Finals: Day 3 Recap

With six matches to decide the winner, the final day of Villager BGMI Pro Invitational Season 2 started on the map of Miramar. Orangutan Gaming went on to play a survival game with a 3-kill Chicken Dinner. Revenant Esports played consistently but was yet to win a Chicken Dinner, a mistake they rectified soon enough. In the second match, they went on to win the map of Erangel with 11 eliminations to their name. 

The table toppers, Gods Reign, were unsatisfied with just two Chicken Dinners. They went on to win Miramar's third and fifth match, with sixteen and six-kill Chicken Dinners, respectively. In the fourth match, Gladiator Esports went on to win their second Chicken Dinner with 14 eliminations. In the final match, Team 8BIT had one last chance to win the tournament but could not consolidate their win as Team Aladin won the final map with 13 finishes. After eighteen matches, Gods Reign took home the trophy and the lion's share of the prize pool.
