Revenant Invitational Showdown Recap

Starting on July 14, 2023, the 18 invited teams played 15 matches in three days in the Revenant Invitational Showdown. These teams were playing for the prize pool of Rs. 7 Lakh, which included bonuses for the teams with more eliminations and placement points.

Blind Esports had a dominant run throughout the 15 matches, helping them grab Rs. 3 Lakh in prize money alongside Rs. 25,000 each for 'Teams with Most Finishes' and 'Teams with Most Placements.' Nakul from Blind Esports was also rewarded an additional Rs. 25,000 for being the tournament's Most Valuable Player (MVP).

Velocity Gaming bagged second place with 104 points and one Chicken Dinner to their name. The team received Rs. 2 Lakh in winnings. Team XSpark put up a tough fight against Velocity Gaming but had to settle for third at the Revenant Invitational Showdown.

By the end, Blind Esports sat comfortably at the top of the leaderboard with two Chicken Dinners and 137 points to their name. Velocity Gaming and Team XSpark came second and third, bagging 104 points each with one Chicken Dinner under their belt.

GodLike Esports fell a few points short of a podium, finishing fourth with 99 points. Even though Numen Gaming had two Chicken Dinners, their low elimination count granted them only fifth place with 98 points. Entity Gaming looked promising on the first two days but fell short as they managed to score only 16 points on the final day.

Team 8BIT has been consistent in recent tournaments but couldn't convert their Chicken Dinner into a tournament-winning performance in Revenant Invitational Showdown. Fan-favorite teams like Team Soul, Gods Reign, and Global Esports sit at the bottom half of the table.
