With the BGMI Pro Series (BMPS 2023) just a day away, Krafton has revealed the format and schedule for the tournament that will feature 96 top teams from the country in the League Stage. The top 16 teams from the League Stage will move to the Grand Finals and compete for a prize pool of Rs 1 Crore.

What Is The Format For BMPS 2023?

96 teams will be taking part in the League Stage. These teams have been divided into two groups, Red and Blue, which are further divided into 12 sub-groups. The subgroups will be playing in a round-robin format in the three-weeks-long League Stage.

Since the League Stage will begin on November 22 and finish on December 9, 2023, each team will get to play 15 matches. During the League Stage, teams will get bonus points based on the position they points they put on the points table each week. After a week has finished, there would also be a reshuffling of groups. 

Teams will have to keep their strategy intact and their gameplay on point so that they accumulate the most points after the League Stage ends since only the top 16 teams will move ahead to the finals. 

BMPS 2023 Schedule and Map Order

Teams will be playing five matches each day across four maps: Vikendi, Sanhok, Erangel and Miramar. These matches will be streamed live on Kraftron India Esports' YouTube channel from 4:30 PM onwards and the schedule for the same is now live.

The event has a massive prize pool of Rs 1 crore and the winner will take Rs 40 lakh and the title of BMPS 2023 champion. In the 2022 iteration of the game, Team SouL was crowned the winner of the event and received a lot of praise from the audience.
