Hazelight Studios has teased its next project; however, the company did not fully reveal the name of its next project, leaving fans with more questions than answers. Hazelight, known for its co-op platformer It Takes Two, shared an image recently, showing a stack of papers and a collection of Post-it notes. The text on top of the paper reads, “New IP,” which has been circled with a yellow highlighter.
But the name of the project has been left as just a biro score line, while the game's release date is also not clear. So, the launch timeline could be anything between 2024 and 2029. A corner of the paper underneath, shows the names Mio and Zoe written on it, and on the post-it notes, there is a reference to “co-op” and then “ouch,” so maybe this could become couch co-op, like It Takes Two?

Hazelight Coming Up With Brand New IP
Josef Fares, founder of Hazelight, shared a tease for the studio’s next project. The director said he had been getting "a lot of questions" about what the studio is cooking up, and then went on to proclaim: "It is a BRAND NEW IP called S*** ******N."
But what does S*** ******N mean is anyone’s guess at the moment. Fortunately, Fares ended his post by saying he can’t wait to showcase the game “soon,” so fans won’t have to wait for a long time.
Besides, recently Hazelight announced that It Takes Two has now sold over 20 million copies since its launch in 2021. This means the game has sold over 4 million copies since March 2024, when the developer announced the game had sold 16 million copies.

IO Interactive Says James Bond Game Could Start A Trilogy
IO Interactive, the studio that was behind the development of the popular Hitman series, hopes its upcoming James Bond origin story could start a trilogy. While speaking to IGN, IO boss Hakan Abrak said the team feels like it's had "20 plus years of training for the agent fantasy," courtesy of Hitman.
Indeed, Agent 47 is very Bond-like with his endless talents and ability to handle any weapon you can think of. "But obviously James Bond is a different IP. It's a huge IP. It's not our IP. It's actually the first IP that is not our original IP from the ground up," Abrak told the publication.
Speaking of when fans will get to see the output of IO Interactive’s efforts, that’s still to be seen for now. It’s anyone's guess when the story of the decorated British spy will hit the consoles.
