Bigg Boss fame, Elvish Yadav was sent to 14 days of judicial custody after being questioned by the Noida police in a case of supplying snake venom in rave parties as a recreational drug. A case was registered against him and five others under the Wildlife Act. Back in November 2023, the police conducted a raid in Noida Sector 51 and found nine snakes and poison. Elvish was also questioned in the same case in November 2023, but he shunned them down by calling them "baseless, fake and not even 1 per cent true". In the initial investigation of the case, the police found 20 ml of snake venom from the people who were caught. He said:

All the allegations are baseless. All allegations are fake. There is not even 1% truth in the allegations... Do not spoil my name... I am ready to cooperate with the UP Police... If even 1% of the allegations against me are proven right, I will take responsibility.

The usage of snakes was also seen in many videos that were uploaded by the YouTuber on the Google-owned platform. A person from People For Animals had raised alarm about the rave party and filed a case against Elvish Yadav after he allegedly received threats from the YouTuber.

Earlier this month, Elvish got into a fight with a fellow YouTuber, Maxtern after a small social media spat. The latter alleged that Elvish tried to break his spine in the fight. Elvish had alleged that Maxtern had threatened to burn his family alive. He also said that constant "poking" from Maxtern's side and abusing his fan base led to Elvish losing his cool on Maxtern. He said:

If you see the last eight months, since I went to the Bigg Boss OTT house, Maxtern has been trying to defame me and has been saying a lot about my fans. He has also gone to the extent to call my fans "uneducated" and "goons". So I thought I will call him and talk to him about the whole situation, but he resorted to abusing my parents and threatened to burn my family alive.

Maxtern has taken his case against Elvish back, and they have sorted their issues.
