AEW: Fight Forever developed by wrestling game developer Yuke just dropped its trailer. It's the first video game officially licensed by All Elite Wrestling. The 1:04-minute trailer features appearances by AEW stars Darby Allin and Sammy Guevara. The game blends an arcade-wrestler feel with offence moves and offers more than 10 different gameplay modes. Match types include Singles, Tag-Team, 3-Way, 4-Way, Ladder, Casino Battle Royale and several other modes.

AEW Fight Forever will be released on Thursday, June 29 on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The customisation options include wrestler attire and appearance, move sets, entrances, teams and arenas. Some mini-games were reportedly added to the game at Kenny Omega's suggestion. Other modes in Fight Forever include the usual exhibition matches in a pro wrestling game, a creation suite, and a Road to Elite career mode.

AEW Fight Forever and Road To The Elite Promises A Battle Royale

"When I first signed with AEW, Tony Khan gave me the opportunity to assemble the best gaming team that understands and respects professional wrestling, to make the best wrestling games ever,” said Kenny Omega, Executive Vice President and former AEW World Champion and World Tag Team Champion at AEW. "With Fight Forever, Kenny and our world-class team have delivered an authentic, nostalgic feel of wrestling games' past, along with the unmatched creativity that AEW brings to the table. It’s going to be cool to see our fans finally getting a fresh and much-needed alternative next-gen console wrestling game on June 29. AEW has the greatest fans on the planet, and I’m excited for them to experience this new way to engage with our stars," said Tony Khan, CEO, GM and Head of Creative of AEW.

Road To The Elite is a single-player story mode in which fans can fight to rise to the top of AEW and features the likes of CM Punk, Hangman Page, Nyla Rose and the Young Bucks were shown, while a voiceover featuring several stars explaining what they have sacrificed to reach AEW, before stating that it’s time to achieve the impossible.
