Carnival Gaming came to light after it was rumored that the ex-Soul Esports lineup: Omega, Akshat, Hector, and Neyo along with their coach, Amit, would be joining the new organization.
This lineup had been a consistent performer when it played under Soul Esports' banner and will now be looking to show the same consistency in the 2024 competitive year.
The roster was playing with the name Team Omega and won two back-to-back third-party events, namely The World Of Battle (TWOB) BGMI Winter Invitational and APL BGMI Winter Showdown 2023.
With the commencement of the 2024 season, many teams have become a part of the fast-moving roster mania. To spice things up, a new Esports organization will partake in the 2024 BGMI competitive cycle. Carnival Esports will be the latest organization to sign a brand new team and make a splash in the BGMI scene. Carnival Gaming came to light after it was rumored that the ex-Soul Esports lineup: Omega, Akshat, Hector, and Neyo along with their coach, Amit would be joining the new organization. People started to wonder who owns Carnival Esports and which player will get added to their roster once the competitive season begins.
According to the company that is registered, Carnival Gaming is in the name of Umesh Gangaram Chandgude, and Omkar Mahesh Chandgude. These two were also the co-owners of GodLike Esports, but have now opened an esports and gaming organization of their own.
In a YouTube video, Carnival Gaming announced the signing of its BGMI roster which consists of players who were once a part of SouL Esports. This is what the lineup looks like:

After the game was unbanned, these players were having a tough time with their comeback and failed to make it to the finals of Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2 and Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023. After a few disappointing results, the team eventually gained momentum and performed admirably at the Skyesports Championship 5.0 LAN, Upthrust Esports Diwali Battle 2023 LAN, and Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2023.
It will be interesting to see how the team performs under a new banner and how the next competitive year will look for the team. The team is currently playing in the Upthrust Esports Multiverse semi-finals and looks strong.
