VCT Champions Tour 2023 Pacific: Ascension: Teams, Schedule, Format, and More

VCT Pacific Ascension is the qualifying tournament for the best Challengers team across Asia Pacific to have a shot at VCT Pacific franchise next year. The tournament will feature 10 Pacific teams from Malaysia/ Singapore, Phillipines, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan / Hong Kong, South Asia, Oceania, Japan, South Korea and Vietnam.

The event is scheduled to be held from June 28th to July 9th. The matches will be held in a LAN setup in front of a live audience at Bangkok, Thailand. 
 

VCT Pacific Ascension Schedule & Format 

As mentioned above, the event is scheduled between June 28th and July 9th where 10 teams will be competing at Ascension for a slot to VCT Pacific and a massive prize pool of USD 100,000. The Group Stage will be held in a single round robin format where all the matches played will be Best of 3.  Top 6 teams, from each group will proceed to Playoffs. The playoffs will follow a single elimination bracket where teams will compete in Best of 3 matches. All the matches except Grand Finals will be played in a Best of 5 format.
