The LAN finals for the Upthrust Esports Diwali Battle Season 2 will start today with 16 teams playing for a prize pool of Rs. 30 lakh.
The matches will begin on November 7, at 14:00 hours and will be streamed live on YouTube and Rooter.
In the run-up to the event, a lot of teams announced that they would be fielding temporary additions to their rosters.
The LAN finals for the Upthrust Esports Diwali Battle Season 2 will start today with 16 teams playing for a prize pool of Rs. 30 lakh. The LAN will be taking place at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium, Bengaluru in the presence of a live audience. With the BGMI unban, the latter half of 2023 has been full of LAN events and this is the latest to follow in Skyesports Championship 5.0's footsteps. Unlike the 3-day Skyesports Championship 5.0, the Upthrust Esports Diwali Battle will take place over two days, i.e. November 7 and 8. The top 16 teams will be playing seven matches on each day across three maps of Sanhok, Miramar, and Erangel. Here is the schedule for the day:
After the 14 matches have concluded, the table topper will be crowned the winner of the event and will take home the major chunk of the Rs. 30 lakh prize pool.
Upthrust Esports has announced the 16 teams that will be playing in front of an audience. Top teams from the country were either invited or qualified via brutal gauntlets and will be seen playing the matches from November 7, 14:00 hours onwards. Here are the 16 teams:
Those looking to attend the event can get their tickets from BookMyShow. Fans can either book tickets for the whole event or each day, based on their preference.
Entry gates to the Koramangala Stadium will open from 12:15 hours onwards and fans can walk in early to get themselves the best seats in the house. Those unable to attend the LAN event can watch the live action on the Upthrust Esports YouTube channel and Rooter.gg from 14:00 hours onwards.

Leading up to the event, Team XSpark had announced the inclusion of Kyoyaa and 8Bit Esports had announced the addition of Harsh.
