7Sea Esports And Their Journey To Winning The TEC Arena Connect CS:GO Tournament
Multiple organizations have started to invest in CS:GO after Skyesports introduced their CS:GO Masters IP to the market. Some Indian organizations are even expected to bring imports to the market. The event is expected to streamline Indian esports development on a large scale. 7Sea Esports is one such org to partake in the Counter-Strike fiesta. They announced their roster on June 12 through multiple social media platforms. Their roster comprises some of the most promising young guns who have the potential to be world-class competitors. Their team includes Bhavi, Elv1s, Benzene, CycloneF, and Dicedealer.
Although TEC Arena Connect aims to develop talents from a grassroots level, the ecosystem is still young. The semifinals took place in a Best-of-1 format where 7Sea Esports took on Airavata Esports. The matchup seemed like an easy win for 7Sea where they dominated with a 16-2 scoreline on Vertigo. Progressing to the Grand Finals, 7Sea went head-to-head against DaySleeperZ. The match took place in a Best of 3 format with 7Sea coming out on top with a flawless 2-0 victory, bagging the Champions trophy.
7Sea Esports has started its journey into the popular FPS title with a dominant performance. However, things have only just started heating up as they will soon take on a much bigger league, The Skyesports Masters, next month.
