After a hard fought competition, two of the strongest Indian Dota teams managed to secure the Acer Predator League Grand Finals slot: Team Whoops and Rogue Squad. While Whoops features experienced players like Moin and Krish, Rogue Squad were the underdogs of the tournament.
Previously, the Acer Predator League India Qualifiers saw Team Revengers winning it all. They represented India in the Acer Predator League main event at Tokyo. Although Revengers could not put up an impactful performance, representation for India at such a big stage was crucial.

Whoops Win Acer Predator League Dota Grand Finals
The Dota 2 Grand Finals of the Acer Predator League India Qualifiers 2024 took place in a LAN environment at South Forum Mall, Bangalore. In a thrilling best of three matchup, Team Whoops defeated Rogue Squad with a clean 2-0 scoreline. The team will now be gearing up to represent the nation in the main Predator League event at Philippines.

Team Whoops is one of the most prominent Dota 2 teams in India. Their roster boasts of players like Krish and No_Chanc3 who have represented India at the biggest international stages of the game. Both Krish and No_Chanc3 have previously played for international teams as well. Back in 2022, Krish played for TNC, one of the finest names in Filipino Dota while No_Chanc3 played for Europe's Winter Bear. Acer Predator League has once again provided a chance for our Indian teams to prepare for the battle of fame and glory.
The Predator League will be hosting a qualifier tournament for Valorant as well. The Acer Predator League Valorant tournament will later take place at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, Manila, Philippines on 13 and 14 January, 2024. Here, the Indian Valorant Team from this qualifier will meet 10 more teams from the region. The other nations that will be participating are Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, Bangladesh, Australia and two teams from Indonesia. Orangutan and True Rippers will be battling it out for a ticket to the Acer Predator League Valorant tournament in the Indian Qualifiers later today.
