Skyesports Championship 5.0: Everything Known About The Upcoming BGMI LAN
In 2021, Skyesports organized the third iteration of the Skyesports Championship, featuring a prize pool of Rs. 26,00,000 and a grand award ceremony. While Skyesports Championship 3.0 was an online event, Skyesports Championship 5.0 will be a LAN event held across five days. Bangalore will be the home for Championship 5.0, and Koramangala Indoor Stadium will host the LAN event from November 1, 2023, to November 5, 2023. Skyesports Championship 5.0 will allow fans to witness the action live for free. As per Shiva Nandy, Skyesports will release the details on the prize pool, tickets, and more by next week, and the tickets will be available on BookMyShow.
Instead of the regular stage setup, Skyesports Championship 5.0 will have booths for the teams, just like PMCO Fall Split 2019. The event will feature open qualifiers followed by semifinals and finals. Blind Esports and Team Soul have already qualified for the Skyesports Championship 5.0 and more details about the open qualifiers and invited teams will be out soon. Skyesports aims to end 2023 on a high note as the prize pool of Championship 5.0 will be in 8 digits, i.e. higher than Rs. 1 Crore. The exact amount of the event's prize pool is yet to be announced.
