Day 1 of the S8UL Gaming Fest has ended with endless games, fun and plenty of activities for the attendees. Here is what went down. The day began with Valorant matches between Team Delta and Team Eagle. The second one was between Bravo and Charlie. Both exciting matches saw the content creators go against each other in a best-of-one round. A FIFA match between Mortal and Scout followed next.
Recap Of Day 1 of S8UL Gaming Fest
The community events were among a few of the day's most popular events, with the Valorant tournament completing its first round. 18 participating teams are playing for a prize pool of Rs 2 lakh. A community event is incomplete without a meet and greet, and the attendees met their favourite creators and got a chance to click pictures with them.
Jod Gang vs S8UL
One of the biggest highlights of the day was the matches between Jodgang and S8UL. This fun-filled match saw many of the biggest names in the community battle it out in a 5v5 Valorant match. This match will also continue on Day 2. The scoreline was 1-1 and the decider will get played on Day 2.
Cosplay Galore!
The female creators of S8UL sat down to judge the most creative cosplay of the day. Registrations for the event started as soon as the gates for the fest opened. With many amazing cosplay artists, it was tough to figure out who stood out the most. The winners of the event will be gifted a Lenovo legion on each day.Raking home the top prize for the cosplay competition was Arindham Paul, who showed up in a highly mobile and menacing Samurai armour as Jin Sakai from Ghost of Tsushima.
From Genshin Impact to Valorant, these amazing Cosplay artists put in a lot of work to bring out the best-looking costume with even better dialogue delivery. Apart from this, when SouL qualified for the second round of BGIS The Grind, Thug himself came on the stage with the good news. Later, the roster reveal video with the addition of Neyo was also exclusively aired at the Fest.
