Reckoning Esports Wins The Arena Valorant LAN at Comic Con Bengaluru

The finale of The Arena Championship 2023 by Comic Con India and The Esports Club featured an intense battle between Reckoning Esports and True Rippers. Reckoning Esports defeated True Rippers in the best-of-five matchup with a 3-1 scoreline. 

Reckoning had a dominant run in the playoffs while True Rippers fought their way back to the grand finals of The Arena Valorant LAN via the lower bracket. Both teams proved themselves as the strongest Valorant sides in the event with their stellar gameplay. Reckoning Esports vs. True Rippers The Arena Grand Finals Recap

The best-of-five matchup began on Reckoning’s pick of Lotus. Both the teams were neck-and-neck until Hvoya from Reckoning Esports switched into overdrive. With his 26 frags, Hvoya helped Reckoning Esports secure a 14-12 victory over True Rippers in Overtime. As the game progressed to the second map of Ascent, True Rippers found it difficult to stop Reckoning Esports. With his 25 frags, Karam1l spearheaded their second victory in the finals. Reckoning Esports won the map of Ascent with a 13-9 scoreline.

In between the games, popular content creator Sumo Me, Sharkshe, and Kaztro were seen at the Lenovo booth playing their favorite games and interacting with their fans. At the Elite Hubs and Zotac Gaming booth, fans got to experience their favorite games on the latest computer builds and peripherals. The booth also hosted a giveaway session where the winners got their hands on a Cooler Master mouse pad and Zotac goodies.

On the third map of Haven, True Rippers made a massive comeback by defeating Reckoning on their map pick. Deathmaker led the charge toward True Rippers’ victory with a 13-5 scoreline. True Rippers were looking strong but Reckoning Esports proved why they are the undefeated team in the event. Reckoning Esports defeated True Rippers on the fourth map of Breeze and secured a 3-1 victory over True Rippers.

With the final victory, Reckoning Esports is the champion of The Arena Championship 2023 by Comic Con India and The Esports Club. Reckoning Esports grabs the prize of Rs. 1.5 Lakh while True Rippers won Rs. 1 Lakh out of the Rs. 3 Lakh prize pool.
