Highlights

After a disappointing run at the BLAST TV Paris Major, Falcons is set to rebuild their roster with Romanian prodigy “Launx” joining the fray. After spending a year in Sprout, he is said to be joining Falcons alongside retained members NBK and bodyy.

As a French core, Falcons were unfortunately not able to qualify for the BLAST TV Paris Major earlier this year. French CS:GO legend KennyS also announced that he was stepping down from competitive esports. Subsequently, Jordan "Python" Munck-Foehrle and Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier have reportedly been benched in favor of a new core.

Falcons' Disappointing Run At The European RMR Qualifier Leads To Roster Rebuild

Falcons were unable to show a strong performance at the European RMR where they got dropped to Last Chance Qualifiers with a 2-3 result. At the LCQ, they went up against BIG where they could not hold their ground and lost 0-2, sending them crashing out of their home Major.

Later, KennyS announced his retirement, shifting to content creation under the banner of Falcons itself. Misutaaa and Python’s future with the organization remains uncertain as they move to the inactive roster as content creators. From the looks of it, NBK will stick to IGL-ing the team. The addition of their latest Romanian rifler, Laurentiu “Launx” Terlia could be what the team needs. Polish AWPer Miłosz "mhL" Knasiak is also said to be joining the team with the next choice being Monte's Mohammad "BOROS" Malhas.

In the Last Chance Qualifiers, Faze Clan secured place after putting up a dominant run. They moved on to the Paris Major where 24 teams competed for the ultimate glory and a massive prize pool of 1,250,000 USD. Even after putting up a strong showing at League Stage, Faze Clan secured 5th - 8th position and were out of contention for the last CS:GO Major. The Grand Finals of the Paris Major took place between Team Vitality and GamerLegion. After an arduous journey, Vitality came out on top, securing the glory of winning the final CS:GO major and bagging the 500,000 USD prize.
