Who is Seema Haider?

She met her now husband, Sachin through PUBG Mobile back in 2019 when the game was not banned in the country. Both of them met in Nepal in March 2023 before getting married in Pashupatinath Temple in Nepal and eventually coming to India. Seema came to India along with her kids, which she had from her first marriage.
Recently, it came to light that Seema and Sachin are expecting a child together. In addition to this, her first husband in Pakistan has also filled a case against both of them to get his children back to Pakistan.
What is the New BGMI Ban About?
The initial report that came out talked a lot about foreign influence. In this case, the emphasis was on how Seema Haider came to India. The other concern is is the data breach and how the data that is getting collected could be misused by anti-India activities. Another major issue that was raised is sharing of data. Though Krafton had assured that the government that the data is not being floated to China and the servers are based in USA, but the government will look into it again.
Krafton has been asked to give a detailed explanation on this front and a meeting is to be scheduled in the coming weeks to finally decide the fate of the game. However, nothing has been finally decided by the government.
