The Skyesports Champions Series 2023 BGMI is one of the largest competitions staged in India as a result of the revival of BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India). The online invitation-only competition, which will take place from June 9 to June 18, will feature a massive prize pool of INR 25,00,000. The top two teams from SCS 2023 will also be guaranteed a seat in the upcoming offline Skyesports Championship 5.0. On June 13, SCS 2023's semifinal round came to an end, and the top 16 teams advanced to the championship game. Notably, 24 teams competed in the semifinals, of which 18 were invited directly and six advanced from the quarterfinals. On Wednesday, June 14, the opening day of the finals took place. Six matches were played, and the competition will continue through June 18. Blind Esports finished with 66 points in 6 matches to top the table after 6 games, followed by Team Gladiators and Soul Esports. After day 1, Blind took 2 "winner winner chicken dinners" in 6 bouts, Gladiators took 1, and Soul failed to take even a single chicken supper but still placed third. Fans were dissatisfied with Team XSpark and Global Esports. However, experienced BGMI player Harmandeep 'Mavi' Singh was signed by Global Esports when he formed a new squad with underdogs but was unable to make the cut. We'll look at the prize pool allocation in the interim.Day 1 Analysis of SCS 2023 BGMI
Fans were upset, however, to see that Team XSpark and Global Esports were unable to advance to the finals. Tanmay 'Sc0ut' Singh, a well-known BGMI esports player, is the owner of squad XSpark. He formed a new squad with well-known players like Sarang, Aditya, and Pukar but they failed to make the cut.
