The Bangalore Comic Con is a vibrant and eagerly anticipated event that celebrates the world of comics, pop culture, and all things geeky. Held annually in India's bustling tech hub of Bangalore, this convention is a haven for comics, movies, TV shows, and video game fans. The convention floor is a bustling marketplace filled with comic books, collectibles, artwork, and merchandise, making it a paradise for collectors and fans. It's also an opportunity to discover new and exciting content. This year, Comic-Con will take place for three days, 17, 18, and 19 November at the KTPO Convention Centre in Whitefield, Bengaluru. It will also include The Arena Championship by The Esports Club where multiple esports events will be taking place.

The Arena at Comic-Con 2023: Esports Events, Experience Booths And More

The Arena Championship at Comic-Con Bengaluru will be hosting a Valorant LAN with the top four teams from online qualifiers battling it out on stage for a prize pool of INR 3 Lakh. The open qualifiers will take place in a single elimination format from which the top four teams will qualify to play at the event in a double elimination format. The prize pool distribution for the Valorant event is as follows:

• 1st Position: INR 1.5 Lakh
• 2nd Position: INR 1 Lakh
• 3rd Position: INR 50K

Alongside Valorant, mini-events for EA FC 24 and Mortal Kombat 1 will also take place with on-spot registrations and a prize pool of INR 25K up for grabs every day for each game. The prize pool distribution for the on-spot tournaments is INR 15K for first position and INR 10K for second position.

Surrounding the arena are booths dedicated to gaming companies like Lenovo, AMD, Windows 11, and more, showcasing the latest gaming peripherals, hardware, and accessories. Attendees can try out new gaming devices, interact with virtual reality setups and participate in mini-tournaments. A cosplay competition will also take place, featuring a prize pool of over INR 3 Lacs. Participants will also take part in the qualifiers for the Indian Championship of Cosplay 2023.
