GTA Online San Andreas update in June dropped some new vehicles, weapons, and Hangar upgrades. Currently, there are 57 supercars in the game, but each vehicle offers different utilities. While some can serve players better in races, some weaponised options are more equipped for elite combat.
The long-awaited GTA Online: Los Santos Drug Wars - The Last Dose update which was released in March shook up the scenario with some new vehicles, especially the new weaponised supercars. Here are the top 5 most expensive cars in GTA Online.

From Sleek Hypercars To Flying Sports Cars, GTA Online Has A Golden Roster
Coil Rocket Voltic
- Price tag: $3,830,400
The electric Super Car is a modified sports car featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the 1.37 Import/Export update in December 2016. It's said to be inspired by the 2008-2012 Tesla Roadster. It's equipped with a literal rocket engine that can be used for unbelievably fast acceleration and as a rechargeable speed boost.
The highest speed of the Rocket Voltic in GTA V is 124.50 mph (200.36 km/h) when it's fully upgraded. The rocket booster helps it reach 130 mph in 1.5 seconds. Players can get the rocket car in GTA 5 online from the Warstock Cache and Carry website and it can cost them a little over $3.8 million.
Declasse Scramjet
- Price tag: $4,000,000.
The weaponised supercar is inspired by the classic anime Speed Racer from the 1960s and was added to the game as part of the After Hours update in August 2018. The impressive colourways of the sleek vehicle have been received well by fans and the car has two machine guns and four rocket launchers installed within its system.
Although it offers little resistance to explosives, it lets players use drive-by weapons and is really fast on the ground. The car's usual top speed in GTA V is 137.00 mph (220.48 km/h) and it offers a resale value of 60%.
Pegassi Toreador
- Price tag: $4,250,000
Widely considered to be one of the most impressive vehicles in the game, the armoured sports car was introduced in 2020. Players believe the Toreador is essentially an upgrade on the Ocelot Stromberg, although its design is inspired by the real-life Lamborghini Marzal. This car can converted into a submarine and is fitted with a rocket boost, which allows a massive amount of missiles and a quick chance of escape.
It's important to note that the Toreador cannot be used in standard races, but its solid build makes it super durable in battles. Players can customise it under 17 categories and will also find 12 exclusive liveries available at varying costs.
Pegassi Weaponized Ignus
- Price tag: $4,500,000
The Pegassi Weaponized Ignus is a two-door hypercar which was released in March 2022, alongside the next-gen Expanded & Enhanced Edition of GTA 5 and its multiplayer variant for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It's apparently the fastest HSW car in GTA Online after the Last Dose update and has the shortest lap time in the game.
Based on a real-life Lamborghini Sián FKP 37, the car can reach a speed of 146.25 mph and ranks fourth among all HSW vehicles (outranked only by the Deveste Eight, Entity MT, and Vigero ZX).
Imponte Deluxo
- Price tag: $5,750,000
The two-seater vehicle was added to the game with The Doomsday Heist update in 2017 and is considered the best investment in GTA Online after The Last Dose update. It has a top speed of 140 km-h / 86.99 mph which is quite decent but not the best.
However, its best USPs are its Hover and Flying Modes which enable it to traverse aquatic terrain. It can be fitted with two powerful homing missile launchers with a capacity limit of 30 missiles along with two front-facing machine guns.
