Since last year, PUBG Mobile fans have been eagerly waiting for the massive PUBG Mobile and Dragon Ball Super collaboration. PUBG Mobile announced the partnership will be live in-game in version 2.7 on July 13, 2023. Previously Krafton hinted at how the collaboration with Dragon Ball Super would be one of the best partnerships in history, with an enormous amount of in-game content for the fans. Here are all the details known so far.
PUBG Mobile x Dragon Ball Super will be dropping on 13 July 2023
PUBG Mobile has been quietly working on their most anticipated collaboration with Dragon Ball Super for over a year. They teased the collab in 2022, following in Fortnite's footsteps. However, not much was heard after that. It was only until June 2023 that they slowly started pulling the curtains on the in-game content fans will get in the upcoming version.
As expected, version 2.7 will feature characters from Dragon Ball Super, which includes Son Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Piccolo, and Ultimate Gohan. Apart from the characters, many exciting modes and events are lined up, like Battle Royale: Dragon Ball Super.
The game will feature Dragon Ball Super-themed areas, skills, and items. One of the themed areas will be Dragon Ball Village. In Dragon Ball Village, players can find different kinds of items to gain superpowers. Another Dragon Ball Super-themed location is Kame House.
Players can even summon Shenron, who will need seven dragon balls to activate. After activating, players can choose one of three rewards Shenron offers. For now, the teasers continue to flow and players can explore the entire expansion once version 2.7 of PUBG Mobile is out on July 13, 2023.
