Disguised, the esports company that Jeremy "Disguised Toast" Wang established, recently announced its exit from the Valorant Game Changers esports scene as a result of problems with cheating in professional tournaments. The organization issued a lengthy statement via Twitter, stating that problems with anti-cheat were the reason behind the decision to not extend the roster for the next season.
For the duration of the off-season, every member of DSG, including its coaching staff, will be a free agent. None of the former team members have secured contracts with other organizations at the time of writing.

DSG Game Changers Roster Disbanded Before VCT 2024 Circuit
DSG signed an org-less team in July 2023 as part of the Game Changers circuit. That team advanced to the Game Changers main event after finishing in the top five at the North American qualification event. However, DSG was defeated by a team that was later discovered to have cheated during a Game Changers Champions qualifying tournament. They ultimately lost their opportunity to compete in the 2023 Game Changers Championship. Understandably upset with the result, DSG has no way of overturning a pivotal result that could have secured the future of the team. Hopefully, Riot Games will be forced to do better in the future as a result of DSG's departure.
The tweet from DSG stated the following about their withdrawal from the tournament circuit:
After a heartbreaking ending to our GC Series 3 run this year, where a player was able to bypass Riot's anti-cheat system in our games, we do not feel comfortable investing more into the scene as it exists today. While we believe Riot will continue to strive and improve on their system, being a self-funded org like DSG, it would be better for us to wait until such a system is implemented securely.
Disguised Toast declared on December 20th that they were releasing their Game Changers team. In the tweet, Toast criticized Riot Games' existing anti-cheat software for Game Changers. The claim about cheating relates to a match in a competition that acted as a qualifier for the major Game Changers tournaments held at the end of the year. After losing to Noot Noot in the upper bracket, DSG faced Evil Geniuses in the lower bracket where they lost and were knocked out. A Noot Noot participant was later eliminated from the competition after it was discovered that they used unfair means later on in the competition. The result of their match versus DSG remained unchanged, despite that.
