  • CS2 players can now turn off first-person tracers via r_drawtracers_firstperson false.

  • Players can also fine tune exactly where and with how much rotation a sticker can be placed on weapons.

Earlier today, Valve dropped a massive CS2 update that players have been begging for since launch. Not only does the Arms Race mode return, but the Zeus has been overhauled completely. The weapon is no longer single use, allowing players to fire it again after 30 seconds. On the gameplay refinement side, players now have the freedom to turn off first person tracers.

Other changes include the ability to place a sticker anywhere and in any orientation on weapons. Smokes have been refined, and a bunch of quality of life changes have been made by Valve to the buy menu and other aspects of the game. Here's everything new in the CS2 'A Call to Arms' update.
