The third map of the day was extremely unforgiving with initial fights that took down Revenant's Sensei and and left the team with just three players. During the early stages of the match, nine players left the lobby and troubles increased for Hydra Esports, Revenant Esports, Team Xspark, and Entity Gaming. However, the first team out of the competition was Growing Strong, who got eliminated by Numen Gaming. Blind Esports won this match and have solidified their top spot on the points table and are the front runners to win the trophy.

Blind Esports Win Match 3, Eliminate Competition From Get Go

After the first fight, Numen Gaming headed straight into a fight against GenxFm, and got seven finishes after the second fight ended. With this GenxFm also left the lobby. In another intense fight, Revenant Esports was taken out by Gladiators Esports and the team got the much-needed points. Gladiators Esports are the winners of BGIS 2023 and have been showing great performance, and are trying to dethrone Blind Esports to lift the trophy and take home the prize of Rs 40 lakh.

In the next fight, Team SouL looked to win the next fight against but it was Spower from Blind Esports who stopped the team from going ahead. Spower took out Omega with the help of his mighty DBS. After taking out Omega, Spower aggressed towards the next player from the team and eliminated them, as well. Team Blind Esports looked unstoppable till the very end and wanted to take the last chicken dinner.

The last fight took place between Team Blind Esports and 8bit CS Esports where the fight took place around a huge rock. With Blind on one side and 8bit on the other side, it was Blind Esports' Spower who got the last finish in almost zero HP. With this, the team is on the way to win the highest number of chicken dinners won by any team. 

On July 29, 2024, the second official event organized by Krafton India Esports came to an end. The tournament lasted three days and saw 16 teams compete in 18 fierce matches with one ultimate champion. The penultimate day etched the story of the now champion team and got 86 points. Team XSpark eventually came out on top of the points table and won the competition.

Owais-led Numen Forever came second and third on the all-over leaderboard was GodLike Esports. Piggybacking on a slow start on Day 1, XSpark was able to get their hands on the trophy on the final day. 

Team XSpark Defies All Odds and Wins BMPS 2024

The Adlux International Convention Center in Kochi saw a footfall of over 2,500 fans who came to support their favourite teams. In addition to this, almost 500k fans joined in on the live action, which was being broadcasted on Krafton India Esports' YouTube channel. BMPS 2024 Prize Distribution

Apart from the winning team, a lot of other teams and players won awards and prizes that came with it. The distribution is as follows:

Krafton’s second official event of the year, BMPS 2024 is in its last leg. After grinding for more than a month, 16 out of the original 128 teams have reached Kochi, Kerala to take part in the final battle for the major chunk of Rs 2 crore prize pool. Is your favourite team a part of the final 16.

Teams like iQOO Soul failed to make it to the final, but GodLike Esports, after almost three years, made it to the last stage of an official event. Fans would also miss the champion of champion from last year, the lineup led by Destro. This lineup also saw a lot of ups and downs, and saw Shogun’s farewell, Spower’s addition and farewell.

But as things stand right now, the show must go on and the action will begin on September 27, at Kochi’s Adlux International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The semi-finals of BMPS 2024 have begun with 24 teams competing for a place in the finals, which will take place in Kochi, Kerala. The teams played six matches in a day and the ones who remain a part of the top 16 will make it to finals. On day 1, TWOB, led by Prince clinched first place with 49 points. In second place was Team XSpark with 38 points and the highest finishes in the game: 27. 

Extremely seasoned teams like team iQOO Soul and Global Esports failed to make it to the semi finals of the Rs 2 crore prize pool competition.

The first match of the day was won by Reckoning Esports. The squad comprising of young lads was able to get a 22 points chicken dinner. The second match of the day was played in Miramar. It was Medal Esports' lineup that consisted of experienced players that won by game with a 17 points chicken dinner. The third match od the day was won by Team XSpark. The team managed to get a huge 17 finishes chicken dinner, taking their total of a whopping 38 points at the end of the day. Here is what the points table for the first day looks like:

The fourth match of the day was won by Orangutan, who owned the snowy caps of Vikendi with a 19 points chicken dinner. TWOB won the fifth match of the day, with this, they also became the first team to get a double chicken dinner in the semi finals. Wingod Esports won the last match of the day and they got a total of 25 points from the match. 

A shocking piece of news is coming from GodLike Esports' camp as their EA FC athlete, Saransh Jain took to X (formerly Twitter) and informed his audience that he has decided to part ways with the organisation. Saransh had joined the organisation in October 2022. Since then, he has represented the organisation in various global competitions. However, because of not receiving his fees for the last six months, the pro player decided to leave the organisation.

Saransh Jain Leaves GodLike Esports Almost 2 Years After Joining The Organisation

In a post on X, Saransh said that he is a free agent for EA FC 25. In addition to that, he also added that if there is an organisation who will be willing to get him onboard as an athlete, they can message or email him. 

Curious about his sudden departure, one of the fans confirmed whether he had left GodLike Esports, to which, he replied "yes." He also added that he hadn't received his dues for over six months, which is why he had to take the decision to leave. 

He also posted the same message on Instagram, and wrote:

For now, it is unclear where Saransh will go next. It has been a while since he posted on X. For now, it is safe to assume that he is still a free agent and is still looking for a time. In addition to this, GodLike Esports has not reacted to the whole situation, neither have they given out a public statement with regards to Saransh's exit. Normally, GodLike Esports posts a farewell post for their athletes, but this hasn't been the case for Saransh. 

Round 3 of BMPS 2024 will see 48 teams compete to make it to the final round, which will take place in Kochi as a LAN event. These 48 teams were the top performers from the second round, which had 64 teams. From Round three, only 24 teams will move to the semi-finals and eventually, 16 teams will play in the finals.
