Ubisoft Forward presentation revealed what's ins store for the Assassin's Creed franchise. The showcase dropped what the company had planned for several instalments of this franchise, not only on consoles but also on other platforms. Fans got a first look at VR-only Assassin's Creed Nexus, a look at the open-world mobile RPG Assassin's Creed Jade and also a trailer for Assassin's Creed Mirage, which is set in Baghdad two decades before the events of Valhalla, and is an attempt to bring the series back to its stealth roots.
Assassin's Creed Nexus will be released for Meta Quest devices and will focus on a single-player campaign where players get a chance to inhabit the lives of three Assassins, of Odyssey's Kassandra, Assassin's Creed III's Connor, and Assassin's Creed II's Ezio. The open-map environment is one of the biggest USPs of the new outing as it allows players to finish a quest as they want. The mano-a-mano combat sequences revealed in the trailer are being appreciated by fans who are looking forward to the VR experience of first-person play. The game is scheduled to release during the holiday, of 2023.

It unfolds in China, during the Qin Dynasty between the events of Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Origins; players can fully customise the look of their assassin character, as well as their gender and other pivotal traits. The game is said to have been 'making great progress' after its successful alpha run on iOS. The release window for the game has not been revealed yet.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage released an 8-minute gameplay walkthrough which gave fans a look into the different settings and also the characters. In Mirage, players play as Basim, a truth-seeking street thief who gets visions.
